The Barratt Homes (BH) is undertaking the construction of a residential complex between Bishopdown Farm and Ford in Salisbury city, Wiltshire, the UK.
The project involves the construction of residential development with 500 new homes. It will include the construction of Country Park on 51ha area, school, retail facility, parking facility and related infrastructure.
MLRS Architects, Camargue Group Ltd and Southampton based Savills were appointed as the architect, environmental consultant and lead consultant.
In September 2011, the project was first approved, however due to local opposition, the plans were cancelled and revised plans were approved in October 2012.
In September 2013, earth works commenced however, the works has been halted by the council due to breaching of planning condition.
