Summary
Brigil Construction (Brigil) is undertaking the construction of a condominium tower in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

The project involves construction of a 32-story condominium tower comprising 290 residential units.

It includes the construction of a two-story podium with an outdoor pool topped by a rectangular 30-story tower that which will be a mix of steel, curved glass and brick. Units will range from about 60m2 to 93m2.

The ground floor includes the construction of 135.6m2 of commercial space as well as an outdoor patio, and six levels of underground parking which will include spots for 208 vehicles, with parking also available for 118 bicycles at the site.

Roderick Lahey Architect Inc Inc has been appointed as the architect, Royal Lepage Ltd as the surveyor, Stantec Inc. as design consultant, Paterson Group as geotechnical engineering consultant, Gradient Wind Engineering Inc as wind and noise study consultant, Fotenn Consultants Inc. as landscape architectural consultant, Annis O'Sullivan Vollebekk Ltd as land surveyor, and Inspecsol as environmental consultant.

The in-house division of Brigil will undertake the construction works.

In April 2014, site plan application has been filled with Ottawa City Council (OCC).

In October 2017, construction commenced on the project.
