Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM) is undertaking the construction of headquarters building in Tennessee, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 30-story office building. It includes the construction of 48,588m2 of office space, 743m2 of retail space, meeting rooms, conference facilities, 1,150 parking spaces and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

Highwoods Properties, Inc. has been appointed as a developer; and Perkins+Will as an architect.

In December 2014, BSAM secured approval from the Nashville Metropolitan Council, the Industrial Development Board and the State of Tennessee for project implementation.

Brasfield & Gorrie has been appointed as the construction contractor.

In January 2015, ground breaking ceremony was held marking the start of construction.

Construction activities are underway with completion scheduled in the fourth quarter of 2017.
