In December 2011, MWM Architects Ltd was appointed as the architect, Pekabex as a general contractor for the project.

INPROCESS Sp. has been appointed as a architect for the project. ARKUS Office Design and Consultancy has been appointed as a consultancy on the project. Demolition Group South Sp. Ltd. has been appointed as a demolition contractor on the project. FORT POLAND Sp. has been appointed as a closed designer on the project.

Excavation works commenced in February 2014 and main construction work commenced in September 2014.

Project has been placed on hold.

In March 2017, construction works resumed and are underway with completion scheduled by the end of 2018.
