Summary
The City of Mandaue (CoM) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use facility in Cebu, the Philippines.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 200ha of land and is planned to be implemented in four phases. The first phase includes the construction of the commercial facility.

It will include the construction of a waterfront commercial center, an agro-industrial logistics park, Cansaga Bay commercial and residential center, a casino, an entertainment complex, a port complex, Mandaue Central water sport and leisure park, and the installation of safety and security systems.

In February 2013, Harbour Center Port Holdings Inc. entered into an agreement with CoM to undertake the feasibility study.

Globalport 900 Inc., a subsidiary of Sultan 900 Capital Inc., has been appointed as construction contractor.

In November 2016, the project delayed and Globalport is in the process of finalizing the documents for the project.

On August 1, 2017, Environmental Management Bureau conducted a public hearing.
