Summary
Emirates Chemical Factory (ECF), a part of Saif Al Khaili Group (SAKG) is undertaking the construction of a chlorine-alkali plant in Abu Dhabi, the UAE.

The project involves the construction of a 102,401m2 caustic soda plant with a production capacity of 150 Tons Per Day (TPD). It includes the construction of a production unit, a distillation unit, a storage unit, office facility and related infrastructure and the installation of machinery.

Siemens LLC has been appointed as design contractor for the project.

On June 15, 2014, SAKG and Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad) signed Mustaha agreement for the project development.

On March 29, 2016, Nuberg Engineering Ltd. was appointed as engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) contractor. The scope of the contract includes the engineering, procurement services, construction, inspection & expediting services, site supervision services and commissioning of the project.
