Granite Investment LP (Granite) is planning to build a hotel-condominium complex in Devonshire Parish, Bermuda.

The project involves the construction of a hotel-condominium complex on 5.58ha of land. It includes the construction of 74 hotel rooms in 26 two- and three- bedroom single-story villas and 18 condominiums in a five-story Arrivals building, a 122-seat restaurant, a bar, a lounge, a swimming pool, parking and related facilities.

Terceira Quarterly Associates Architecture and Design has been appointed as architect and Bermuda Environmental Consulting Ltd as the consultant.

On November 12, 2014, Granite broke ground on the project.

In April 2015, Bermuda Environmental Consulting Ltd prepared an environmental impact statement for the project.

On June 29, 2015, the project received approval from the Department of Planning.
