Summary
Poplar Housing & Regeneration Community Association Ltd (HARCA) is planning to build a mixed-use community in East London, England, the UK.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising 19 buildings with the tallest rising upto 25 stories. It includes the construction of 650 homes, 20,000m2 of retail, restaurant, offices, and leisure space; a supermarket, a six-screen cinema complex, cultural, community and public space, parking and related facilities. This project will be developed in phases.

Telford Homes Plc (TEF) has been appointed as the developer, and Sheppard Robson as architect.

On July 19, 2016, Sheppard Robson submitted the project plans to London City Council.

In July 2016, Cundall was appointed as the engineering consultant. The scope of the contract is to provide sustainability, acoustics, fire, vertical transportation and M&E services.

As of January 2018, the project is awaiting planning approvals and HARCA expects to receive a planning decision in February 2018.
