Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (HBB) is undertaking the redevelopment of the Rössle shopping center in Villingen-Schwenningen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
The project involves the construction of a four-story shopping center with a total gross floor area of 15,000m2, retail stores, restaurants, an administrative facility, storage facilities, a parking facility for 400 vehicles and the installation of elevators, security and ventilation systems.
RKW Architekten (RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky) has been appointed as the design architect.
In July 2016, the Villingen-Schwenningen City Council approved the preliminary design.
Construction is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2018 and will be completed by 2020.
