Hotel 10 Private Ltd (HP), a joint venture of Mustafa’s PTE Ltd (MPTE), China Harbour Engineering Company (Lanka) Ltd (CHEC) and Access Engineering PLC (AEP) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising 1,000 residential units on 2.02ha land. It includes the construction of 23,225m2 of commercial and recreational areas, parking and related facilities.
On January 10, 2017, HP signed an agreement with Sri Lanka’s Board of Investment to develop the project.
