HyLife Foods (HyLife) is undertaking the expansion of its hog processing plant in Neepawa, Manitoba, Canada.
The project involves the expansion of a hog processing plant from 12,077m2 to 28,800m2 area with a capacity of 1.9 million hogs a year. It includes the construction of a processing unit, a warehouse, cold storage units, a packaging unit, an administrative facility and related facilities, and the installation of machinery.
KGS Group Consulting Engineers(KGS) has been appointed as consulting engineer.
Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed by second quarter of 2018.
