Summary
Meyer Bergman Ltd (Meyer) and Warrior Group plans to undertake the construction of a mixed-use community in Bayswater, London, the UK.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community. It includes the construction of two 9-story residential towers, with 129 homes on 46,248m2 area, townhouses, a boutique hotel, 8,888m2 retail space, office space, a gym, a basement cinema, access roads, parking spaces and other related facilities.

Turley has been appointed as planning consultant, GMS Estates Limited as associated developer, Gustafson Porter as landscape architect, Foster and Partners as architect and Dixon Jones as master planner for the project.

On October 6, 2015, Meyer and Warrior Group conducted public consultations on the project plans. On October 30, 2015, Meyer and Warrior Group submitted project plans to the Westminster City Council.

In March 2016, project secured approvals from the Westminster City Council.

In December 2016, a proposal was submitted to demolish the historic Whiteleys shopping center. Meyer and Warrior Group has submitted revised plans to the council.

On May 16, 2017, project secured approvals for the revised plans of the project.

However in November 2017, new plans were submitted to reorganise the layout of the residential units and reduce the number residential units to 113 residential units and to increase the number of residential parking spaces at basement level to 145 spaces, reconfigure the hotel use including increase in number of hotel rooms to up to 50 rooms and the omission of public car park.

As of January 2018, the new plans are yet to be approved.
