Mitsui Fudosan Asia Pte. Ltd (MFA) and Eastern and Oriental Bhd (E&O) are jointly planning to construct a residential complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The project involves the construction of two, 29- and 39-story, 32,439m2 residential towers comprising 298 units on 0.58ha of land. It includes the construction of a swimming pool, a fitness center, leisure facilities, parking and related facilities.
In March 2015, E&O entered into a joint venture agreement with MFA for the development of the project.
Developers awaiting planning approvals and simultaneously, design and preliminary works are underway. Construction works are scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017 with completion scheduled by 2020.
