Summary
The Ministry of Road and Transportation Novosibirsk (MoRTN) is planning to develop a fourth bridge over the river Ob in Novosibirsk, Russia.

The project involves the construction of a 5.1km six-lane cable-stayed bridge, pillars, supporting walls, and transport interchanges, dredging and reclamation works, the installation of traffic signs and signalling systems.

The project will be implemented on the basis of public-private partnerships (PPP).

In May 2014, The government Novosibirsk has created OAO Tsentralinyy Most for the development of the project.

In May 2015, the project got approved at public hearings.

In July 2016, MoRTN announced a tender for the construction of the bridge and last date for submission of applications is August 12, 2016. The tender will be held in two stages pre-selection and competitive selection.

On December 6, 2017, a concession agreement has been signed with the OOO Siberian Concession Company, a subsidiary of VIS for the project implementation.

The project is expected to get an amount of US$465 million as federal grants, US$69 million from the regional budget and US$189 million as the concessionaire funds.
