In July 2016, NEA has issued tenders for appointing lead consultants for the project which involves supervision of Detailed engineering design, tender document preparation, and construction supervision and contract management of access road construction.
On January 22, 2018, NEA has signed a contract with the joint venture of CSPDR and SinoTech and appointed as the lead consultant.
