On October 20, 2016, NHAP issued a tender for a construction contractor with a submission deadline of November 10, 2016.

In November 2016, participant bidders were MHB-NIC (JV)(M/s Muhammad Hasani Builders in JV with Nasrullah Jan lnamullah Khan & Co.),Reliable Engineering Services, Zahir Khan & Brothers, Zarghoon Enterpnses, Sultan Mahmood & Co., SMADB-RMS JV and Frontier Works Organization.

In November 2016, NHDP evaluated lowest bidder MHB-NIC (JV)(M/s Muhammad Hasani Builders in JV with IWsNasrullah Janl namullah Khan & Co.).
