Summary
NP International USA (NPI) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Coral Gables, the US.
The project involves the construction a 10,926m2 mixed-use complex comprising two towers on 1.10ha of land. It includes the construction of a thirteen-story residential tower with 224 units, a 10-story 252-units hotel, 406m2 of restaurant space, 1,380m2 of retail space, 838 parking spaces and related facilities.
Gensler has been appointed as architect, Geomantic Designs Inc. as landscape architect and Hernandez Jorge L Architect as design consultant.
In Q4 2014, NPI submitted a planning application to Coral Gables City Council (CGCC). In October 2015, project secured initial approval from the Coral Gables City Council.
In April 2016, the site was acquired for $44 million from Coral Park Inn LLC. Total Bank funded the deal with a $21.5 million loan.
In August 2016, NPI received all the necessary approvals from Coral Gables City Council.
