New Trier High School (NTHS) is undertaking the renovation of school in Illinois, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 24,898m2 educational building which will be developed in two phases. It includes the construction of 25 classrooms, three science laboratories, a fine arts facility, a library, a cafeteria and related facilities.

Peter Brown Architects (PBA) and Wight & Company (WC) has been appointed as architect , Pepper Construction Company as construction manager.

On July 24, 2014, PBA and WC unveiled the conceptual designs of the proposed plans. On November 4, 2014, New Trier Township approved a US$89 million bond referendum to develop the project.

On January 6, 2015, Winnetka Village Council approved a special use permit for the project.

On June 1, 2015, ground breaking ceremony was held.

In August 2016, construction works on the first phase and demolition works on the second phase has been completed.

Construction works are underway on the second phase and are scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2017.
