Summary
ONE Property Management Corp (OPM) (formerly known a WAM Development Group) and Katz Group (Katz) are jointly undertaking the construction of a mixed-use tower in Alberta, Canada.

The project involves the construction of a 66-story mixed-use tower. It includes the construction of 55,742m2 of office space on 27 floors, 454 residential units, four floors of retail units, a grocery store, parking and related facilities.

27 floors office space was known as "Edmonton Tower". The SKY Residences take up floors 31 through 66 atop Stantec Tower.

Stantec, Inc. has been appointed as architect. The scope of the contract includes designing, engineering and project management. Stantec, Inc. will lease 41,806m2 of office space under a 15-year lease agreement.

PCL Construction has been appointed as construction manager for the project.

In the fourth quarter of 2014, construction work commenced.

In October 2016, construction of Edmonton Tower has been completed.

Construction activities on Stantec Tower are underway and are scheduled to be completed by October 2018.
