Summary
Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use community in Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait.

The project involves the construction of 5,201 residential units on 902ha of land. It will be developed in phases.

The first phase includes construction of a 2,346 residential units.

In October 2015, Limak Holdings AS (Limak) was awarded the contract undertakes to maintain works concerning the infrastructure and electrical works of the NA and NB blocks at the project site.
