Persimmon Homes (PH) and St Modwen Homes (St Modwen) are undertaking the construction a residential facility in Staffordshire, the UK.
The project involves the construction of a housing complex with 200 residential units which will include a mix of two-story semi-detached, detached and terrace housing. It also includes construction of retail facilities, public open space, access roads, water supply system, sewerage systems, and power related facilities and parking facilities. The project will be developed in two phases.
The first phase includes construction of 130 residential units, a public open space and sports fields and the second phase includes construction of 70 houses.
Thrive Architects Ltd has been appointed as architect for the project.
In December 2012, a planning application was submitted to Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
In September 2016, a public consultation was held on the project plans.
In August 2017, PH and St Modwen received the planning approvals from the council.
In the first quarter of 2018, construction works commenced and are underway.
