Kemasepakat Sdn Bhd has been appointed as structural and civil engineer, Sepakat Setia Perunding (Sdn) Bhd as MEP consultant, Biodiversity by Design Ltd. as environmental consultant, Aurecon Consulting (Thailand) Co Ltd as facade contractor.

Medang Teja Landscaping Sdn Bhd has been appointed as landscape architect, Arcimedia Sdn. Bhd. as lighting consultant, Kw Associate Architects Sdn Bhd as planner, Juru Ukur Bahan Malaysia Sdn Bhd as surveyor and KONE Elevator India Pvt Ltd as elevator supply contractor.

On March 18, 2013, WCT Construction Sdn Bhd was awarded a US$99 million contract for the construction and completion of the commercial office buildings and external works at Lot 2C5.
