Summary
The Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (QDREIC) is planning to undertake the development of a mixed-use facility in Nizomi Ganjavi Street, Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on a 68,000 m2 area, five residential buildings, three office buildings offering a variety of rental spaces, a hotel , service apartments, retail facilities, leisure facilities, waterfront promenades, a premium shopping center and entertainment center and multi-level parking spaces and installation of elevators, power related facilities and safety and security systems.

An in-house division of QDREIC will undertake the construction.

Construction on the first phase commenced in April 2012. The first phase of Diar Dushanbe comprises of a residential tower of 67 units and a commercial tower.

In September 2014, Construction activities on the first phase completed.

Planning activities are underway for the second phase.
