The project involves the construction of a 32-story, 40,984m2 apartment tower comprising 426 units. It includes the expansion of Huntington theater by 1,300m2 area.

Stantec Inc has been appointed as an architect and Epsilon Associates Inc as an environmental engineer.

In May 2016, QMG acquired the project site for US$25 million.

In June 2017, QMG filed the project plans with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA).

In December 2017, the project was approved by BPDA.

Construction is expected to commence in December 2018 and is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2021.
