On September 2, 2014, Royal Canin entered a preliminary agreement with the city government to build the project.
Samil Enterprise Co. Ltd has been appointed as enabling contractor for land grading work and POSCO Energy Co., Ltd as Construction contractor for the project.
On June 29, 2015, land grading works commenced and was completed by August 30, 2015.
Construction works are underway.
