Satori Resorts Ella Bay Pvt. Ltd (Satori) is planning to undertake the construction of an integrated resort in North Queensland, Australia.
The project involves the construction of an integrated resort complex.
It includes the construction of three resort precincts comprising 860 units and villas, four residential precincts comprising 540 residential homes, a village community precinct accommodating retail, professional services and restaurant facilities, research and education precinct, an 18-hole competition golf course, a clubhouse, a sports complex and parks.
BMT WBM has been appointed as environmental consultant.
In 2009, Satori submitted the environment impact assessment (EIA) report.
On December 23, 2012, Federal government approved the EIA report.
On November 18, 2016, The Coordinator-General extended Environmental impact statement (EIS) processfrom November 21, 2016 to November 21, 2018.
