The project involves the construction of a 232m, 40-story office building on 92,903m2 of land. It includes the construction of three levels of basement, five levels of podium, retail facility, canteen, offices, gym and VIP reception facility, and other related facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems, and elevators.

Foster & Partners has been appointed as design contractor, Gensler, RTKL Associates Inc., FxFowle Architects, LLP as architects, Charles Funke Associates as landscape architect, Buro Happold as the engineer consultant, Davis Langdon as the design consultant, Hastie Group Limited as the MEP contractor, Delmatic Qatar CRO as supply contractor, Newtecnic as consulting engineer, Claude R. Engle, Lighting Consultant as lighting consultant and Barker Mohandas LLC as traffic consultant.

In June 2010, El Seif Engineering Company was appointed as EPC contractor for the project.

In third quarter of 2010, construction works commenced and are underway.
