Summary
Von der Heyden Group (VHG) and the City of Poznan (COP) are undertaking the construction of an office complex in Poland.

The project involves the construction of office towers. It includes the construction of a retail space, a hotel, a conference center, a cafeteria, a fitness center, a daycare center, a health unit, an employee store, an union office and parking facility, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

The project is being implemented in four phases. The first phase will include the construction of 32,000m2 Poznan Financial Center, the second phase will include the construction of 42,668m2 Andersia Tower.

The third phase will include the construction of a 14,000m2 Andersia Business Center, and the fourth phase will include the construction of 45,000m2 116m high 29-story Andersia Silver Tower with three underground levels.

The project is being funded by Bank Zachodni WBK (BZWBK).

CG architect has been appointed as architect.

Pracownia Architektoniczna Ewy i Stanislawa Sipinskich has been appointed as architect, Probuild Sp. z o.o.as project manager for the second and third phase of the project.

PRC Architekci Sp. z o.o has been appointed as an interior designer for third phase, Knight Frank as as financial advisor for the second and third phase of the project.

HOCHTIEF Polska and Warbud have been appointed as construction contractors for the second phase, and PORR S.A. as construction contractors for third and fourth phases of the project.

Construction works on first, second and third phases have been completed.

In May 2017, VHG secure approval of the city of Poznan for the application of a new design for a tower comprising of 28-stories.

In November 2017, VHG received the new building permit.

Pre-construction activities are underway. Construction works on the Andersia Silver Tower are expected to commence in 2018 with completion scheduled by September 2020.
