Summary
The Wadhwa Group (Wadhwa) in association with Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL) and Chandak Group (Chandak) is undertaking the construction of a residential complex in Maharashtra, India.

The project involves the construction of a 167,225m2 residential complex comprising seven 36-story towers on 5.6ha of land. The project is being developed in phases.

The first phase includes the construction of three 36-story towers.

It includes the construction of luxurious apartments, a swimming pool, gardens, a kids' swimming pool, a senior citizen corner, an open-air amphitheater, a clubhouse, a squash court, a business center, a multi-purpose hall, a gymnasium, an indoor-games room, children play area, jogging track, skating ring and multi-level podium parking, and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

Sandeep Shikre & Associates has been appointed as architect, WAHO Landscape LLC as the landscape architect, HB Design International Inc. as facade consultant, and JW Consultants LLP as the structural engineer.

MICL's in-house division is undertaking the construction works.

Structural works have been completed and building finishing works underway.The first phase is scheduled to get completed by October 2019.
