Summary
Yesil Insaat (YI) and Metal Yapi Konut (MYK) are jointly undertaking the construction of a mixed use towerin Istanbul, Turkey.

The project involves the construction of 52-story mixed use tower with hotel and office facility on a 23,500m2 of land. The height of the tower will be 220m which includes the 20m shops and block podium and the installation of elevators.

The tower will have total construction area of 160,000m2 out of which 60,000m2 space will be available as rentable area.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) Architects has been appointed as the design contractor.

YI's in-house division is undertaking the construction works.

Construction works are underway and are scheduled to be complete by May 2018.
